Last May I was a little over thirty pounds overweight and I struggled with walking for more than a mile before my joints hurt too much to continue. I finally came to the realization that I needed to follow my wife's example and change the way I was living. If I didn't do something about my health it was going to continue to get worse. So I started eating only healthy foods and I began exercising a little every day. I became inspired along the way to really embrace a healthy lifestyle and started the Commissioned Life Initiative to share my inspiration. I have seen a great deal of progress with my health over the last several months. This morning the scales finally registered a milestone I have been looking forward to. I have met my initial weight goal which makes me officially no longer overweight according to the BMI charts!
