So far 2016 has been going well. I started off the year with the goal of improving my cardio conditioning to the point where I could run 5k nonstop. I actually reached that goal a couple of weeks ago and have repeated it several times since. The cooler weather definitely helps. I found a good pace for distance that I can maintain. This week I decided I need to keep setting challenging goals so now I'm aiming for 5 miles rather than 5 kilometers. I will have to work up to that but I did 4 miles today without dying. Actually, I've found that the more I run the more I enjoy running. It's a great way to clear my head and spend time in prayer.
So how is your 2016 going? Have you been able to stay on track with resolutions and goals? What do you want to achieve this year?
